Coordinate apportionment charges between jurisdictions (e., federal government, states, various jurisdictions that might be public or private within a state). Apportionment reconciliation includes either sharing information about mileage or zone-based charges in other jurisdictions (so that the Other Payment Administration subsystems can make appropriate charges), or sharing revenue collected. When sharing revenue, this flow also includes charging rate policies

Response to transaction request. Normally dealing with a request for payment.
